Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 1, 2026
Last Updated: March 28, 2026
MySpace MyVibe LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the FiloGuard platform (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights regarding your data.
By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you register for an account, we collect:
- Email address — used for authentication, account recovery, and service notifications
- Name — used to identify you within the platform and on generated forms
- Password — stored using industry-standard bcrypt hashing; we never store plaintext passwords
1.2 Entity and Compliance Data
When you use the Service to manage your LLC compliance, you may provide:
- Entity name, state of formation, formation date, and entity type
- Employer Identification Number (EIN) — encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM
- Foreign Tax Identification Number (FTIN) — encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM
- Registered agent information (name, address)
- Reportable transaction data (amounts, dates, categories, descriptions)
- Foreign owner or related party information as required for Form 5472
1.3 Transaction and Billing Data
- Subscription plan selection and billing history
- Payment method details are processed and stored by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number, CVC, or expiration date on our servers. We retain only a Stripe customer ID and the last four digits of your card for display purposes.
1.4 Usage and Analytics Data
- Google Analytics (GA4) is used on public marketing pages only (homepage, guides, legal pages). GA4 is NOT loaded on the authenticated dashboard to protect user privacy while working with sensitive tax data.
- IP addresses are anonymized in Google Analytics configuration
- Server logs may record IP addresses, browser user agents, and request timestamps for security and debugging purposes. These logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Generate pre-filled IRS forms and compliance documents based on data you enter
- Calculate and display filing deadlines relevant to your entities
- Process subscription payments through Stripe
- Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, deadline reminders) through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES)
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
- Comply with legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from government authorities
3. How We Store and Protect Your Data
3.1 Encryption
- Sensitive identifiers (EIN, FTIN) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with per-record initialization vectors. Encryption keys are stored separately from the database.
- Data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher for all connections to and from the Service
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a cost factor that meets current security recommendations
3.2 Infrastructure
- Application data is stored in a PostgreSQL database with role-based access controls and least-privilege principles
- The database is hosted on dedicated infrastructure with encrypted storage volumes
- Automated backups are performed regularly and stored with encryption
3.3 Access Controls
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel using key-based SSH authentication
- Administrative access to the deployment platform requires two-factor authentication (2FA)
- All database access uses least-privilege application credentials
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform. Each has access only to the data necessary for their specific function:
| Provider | Purpose | Data Shared |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing | Email, payment method, billing address |
| Amazon Web Services (SES) | Transactional email delivery | Email address, email content |
| Cloudflare | CDN, DNS, DDoS protection | IP addresses, request metadata (standard CDN operation) |
| Google Analytics | Public page analytics only | Anonymized IP, page views, device type (public pages only, NOT dashboard) |
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
